    I tried a salad and it was on point. It was fresh and huge portion. Also, I ordered a veggie burger and it was delicious.
    Give it a try.
    The restaurant was clean. I really like that.

    Tip top gives me easily one of the best Philly cheesesteaks you can get in LA.  I'm an east coaster and I take it very seriously. They're very simple and fast, like an old school sub shop like the old neighborhood.

    The crew has been the same for years, always a great meal for about $10. I've eaten here dozens of times and they are my go-to for sure in the valley for a proper philly and GREAT sub shop style fries. They still use styrofoam cups which I actually appreciate when it comes to fountain soda products and now that it's recyclable I see no problem.

    Came in during lunch hour and it was pretty speedy to order. Got a Double Cheese Burger Fries and a drink. This came out to $10. I don't know if I agree with that pricing but the burger itself was pretty delicious. Nothing special but delicious nonetheless. The steak fries were crisp and thick cut. They do charge extra for ranch.

    The food was good but who the heck charges .65 cents for ranch. He didn't even want to take my card.

    Best charbroiled cheeseburger around hands down. Conveniently located next to the drive thru alta dena dairy / beer store for a beer or drink and chips
